Professional Training and Background: I have a Doctorate in Global Leadership from Bakke Graduate School, a Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Sciences with an emphasis on Counseling from the Leadership Institute of Seattle through City University, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Anthropology with an emphasis in Social Services from Seattle Pacific University.

I have worked extensively in many of the remote villages on the West Coast of Vancouver Island, British Columbia. My special focus was on issues related to family culture, addictions and abuse. I have served as the Executive Director for Northwest Family Life since 1994.

Counseling Approach: I have a specialty in domestic Violence as an advocate and as a treatment provider. As I have a very limited practice, I agree to take only clients who are willing to take responsibility for their behavior and who are serious about change.
